Rafid is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge of everything related to real estate is second to none. He was always extremely responsive to us, whether to answer a question we had, or meet somewhere to view a property, regardless of day or time. To this day, long after we have closed and are comfortable in our new home, he still makes himself available to us, no questions asked. We are more than pleased with the service he provided to us and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for his services.

Moving to a new town is not easy. Once I decided to move, I was selling a house and wanted to buy a new house in St. Augustine. Everything was moving fast and I really needed a realtor that could guide me in Florida. I had a lot of people contact me by email, text, and phone but only one stood out. Rafid Mukhtar impressed me with his entrepreneurial action oriented style of getting things done timely and responsively. He is also a kind and gentle person who gave me plenty of time to help me find the right place. As an older single woman, I found Rafid to be gracious and professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the move to my new home was successful. 5 Stars!!

Rafid was hands down the best person that could have helped us with our home buying experience. He is the sole reason I am a home owner now. I had convinced myself that I would not be able to buy a house anytime soon. He convinced me to just take a try and worse case scenario I would know what I need to fix. 60 days later I am the owner of a 4 bedroom house. Which, I might add, we did not even think that we would have gotten. But Rafid somehow talked the seller down to where we could afford the house!! 10/10 will definitely use him if he is still available in 15 years.
